Which vehicles can I submit?
Bezza, Alza and Alphard are our main rental models. You can also submit another make and model for review. Acceptance depends on the specific vehicle’s condition, year, documentation, intended use and fleet needs.
Can I list more than one vehicle?
Yes. Add the number of vehicles and their details in the additional details field, or send a separate submission for each model. Our team can discuss a fleet arrangement with you.
How much can I receive from renting my car?
Payment terms are discussed after the vehicle is reviewed. This page does not offer a fixed return, guaranteed occupancy or guaranteed income. Ask for a written proposal that explains the payment basis and responsibilities before committing.
Can I submit a financed vehicle?
You can disclose its finance status in the form for discussion. Submission does not confirm that it can be rented. Any necessary permissions and the proposed arrangement must be reviewed before proceeding.
Who handles maintenance, insurance and repairs?
These responsibilities will be set out in the agreed terms. Discuss servicing, repair costs, insurance, accident excess, claims and downtime with our team before signing.
Do I need to upload vehicle documents or photos?
No documents or photos are needed in this initial form. Our team may request vehicle photos and relevant documents after reviewing your message. Share these directly through the agreed channel when requested.
Will my car appear on the website immediately?
No. The form prepares a private WhatsApp submission to Urban Ride. It does not create a public advertisement or an approved fleet listing. Our team must review and agree the arrangement with you first.
